SUMMER SHOW 2021 location confirmation closer to show date

We are hoping to go ahead with our Summer and Autumn shows, following government guidelines at the time. 

The last year has been a challenge for all of us and we have had to make changes in the way we live our lives. Have you discovered new talents or even rediscovered talents and interests that have been sacrificed in the humdrum of work and life over time?

Have a look at our Summer and Autumn Show classes, maybe you would like to participate and show off your newly discovered talents in Photography, Baking, Flower Arranging, Vegetables, Fruit, and plants grown in your garden or allotment.

To make it easy to explore our show classes we have produced online documents, attached below, for each section for downloading or printing on A4 paper. These give class details and guidance for each category.

Entries registration Friday 19th June 7.30 pm – 8.15 pm

Exhibits must be staged and Exhibitors must leave the hall by 10.00 am for judging to start, the hall will be available for exhibits to be set up from 8.00am on the morning of the show. Committee members will be available to guide newcomers. 

Members and non members are invited to exhibit within the guidelines of the society, available on this website. Exhibits should be in place and exhibitors need to exit the hall before judging starts at 10am. All details of the classes and rules for all three of our shows are also available on our website and facebook page.

Show opens to the public at 11.30am, refreshments will be available.

Prizes will be awarded at 1.15pm

Exhibits should be removed after the prizes have been awarded and before 1.45pm
