Entries registration Friday 4th September 7.30 pm – 8.15 pm
The Village Hall will open at 8am on the morning of the show for exhibitors to set up their entries
Exhibits must be staged and Exhibitors must leave the hall by 10.00 am for judging to start.
Show opens to the public at 2.00 pm
Prizes will be awarded at 3.15pm
Exhibits should be removed after the prizes have been awarded and before 3.30pm
